WHAT THIS CAN'T SEE 👀

a leaked seed phrase or private key. if those leaked, no grade matters: move to a fresh wallet (see panic button step 4).
off-chain phishing: fake sites, DMs, gasless signatures (permits/orders) that haven't been used on-chain yet.
your other wallets, other chains, and anything in a CEX.
